St Flannan's College in Ennis is the local Diocesan college. The College Chapel organ has two manuals, each of 61 notes, and a 32-note pedal board. The action is electric, and there are 413 pipes in all.

The extension scheme is as follows:

  • The Great Diapason 8 is extended to 85 pipes and provides also the Great Octave, Twelfth and Fifteenth, and the Swell Diapason 8.
  • The Great Gedackt 8 is extended to 85 pipes and provides also the Great Flute, the Swell Gedackt, Flute, Nazard and Piccolo, and the Pedal Gedackt 16.
  • The Great Dolce 8 is extended to 71 pipes, and provides also the Swell Dulcet 4.
  • The Swell Contra Salicional 16 is extended to 85 pipes and provides also the Swell Tierce and the Pedal Contra Salicional 16.
  • The Swell Trumpet 8 is extended to 73 pipes to provide also the Swell Clarion 4.
